Healing Music - Music for Healing

Almost
everybody knows that classical music increases intelligence. It's a
well established scientifically verified fact. Unfortunately however,
fewer people know that it promotes optimal cellular
functioning and bodily
health as well.
Why Healing with Music Works
Just
as different oscillating vibrational energy frequencies (of music in
this case) will induce different brainwave frequency states
(beta, alpha, theta, delta) in an individual, different energies will
also harmonize with the cells that make up the body. The brain is
electrical in nature, and cells communicate with each other
via
receptors on the cell membrane by means of energy also (and by means of
chemical reactions). These receptors work exactly like tuning
forks, and just like two
tuning forks automatically harmonize with each other when only one of
them is struck, the cells of the body will automatically pick
up energetic frequencies from thier
environment. This is commonly
referred
to as "entrainment" or "resonance".
With this
understanding we realize that stressful chaotic negative energies (in
music, etc.) involving aggression, ego, selfishness, anger, violence,
slander, judgementalism, worry, fear, anxiety, drama, and complaining
are taxing on the cells that make up our bodies. They activate the
fight or flight response, and the release of adrenaline, thus
disturbing the body's natural state of
balance, harmony, homeostasis, and peace. Over time this
contributes to all sorts of ailments, disorders, health problems,
illnesses and
diseases because the body's overall state of being is a perfect
reflection of the state of the cells that it's made of. The body is a
self-healing mechanism, but it can't do much when it's under constant
stress. So all we have to do to promote proper healthy cellular
functioning, and a calm peaceful mind, is to adopt positives that
replace negatives (as often as
possible), and that's the exact purpose of this list of "Music that
Heals".
Because of resonance, the human body is
quite literally a
reflection of it's environment, or rather, a reflection of what we
choose to surround ourselves with. The higher the level of
truth/love/peace, the higher the energy that that something has, the
more powerful it is, and the more healing it is to the mind and body.
So the intention that
goes into the making of something contributes to it's level of energy,
and it's automatic healing capabilities. So it doesn't
matter whether
or not your mind likes the kind of music that is listed on this page.
It will affect you in the same healthy manner nonetheless.
If you're
serious about reversing disease, becoming healthy, and remaining
healthy, the best advice that can be given to you is simply to
learn to like it, by choosing to. Only peace can promote peace
(within the body/mind). Only positive energy/life providing
love/truth can
lead to wellness. That's just how it is.
